October 21, 2010 5:30-9:00 PM Got Talent? Then show it off! Staff Appreciation Night
"SJDS Idol"
Staff Night Talent/Sing

125 S. Hutchins St., Lodi, CA 95240 This year’s event will feature our very own talented staff. The evening’s
entertainment will consist of an Idol/Talent show with cash prizes for the
winners. The number of participants is limited, so please sign up early.
Music will be provided by "Krystal Karaoke Services." The song list is
available through Colleen Lee. We will attempt to accommodate special
music requests. CALLING ALL DOCTORS - we need your help to promote this event!
Please post the sign-up sheet included in this newsletter in your break
room and encourage your staff to participate. Contact Colleen Lee at
951-1318 or John Hall at 951-4304 for further details.
Space is limited! This is a "first 20 to sign up will be the first accepted" to
perform. Only 20 participants will be accepted in the SJDS "Idol/Talent"
contest. Deadline to sign up is Friday, October 1, 2010. Fax your sign-up
form to the SJDS central office at 951-1318.
